VetSTAR™ Coaching

On a scale of one to ten, where do you rate on living your life intentionally? Where do you rate on feeling a sense of purpose?
Recreating the sense of purpose one felt while supporting and defending the Constitution of the United States may seem impossible in civilian life, but purpose provides hope and hope provides motivation to live. GallantFew helps veterans intentionally create a plan to live lives full of hope and purpose.
The objectives of coaching:
- Emotional. A personal growth mindset with a sound emotional state.
- Physical. Healthy and fit lifestyle.
- Spiritual: A life of purpose and direction.
- Professional. A fulfilling career, education, and financial growth.
- Social. Integration and leadership in civilian communities.

What is VetSTAR coaching like?
Coaching is a 4-hour process divided into two, 2-hour sessions. You can follow up with your coach at any time. Once you have completed the initial coaching process, we are here to serve you as long as you’d like.
How many sessions will I need to do?
This depends on your objectives and how much support you’d like. After your initial two 2-hour sessions, you will have the tools to take action on your own in your online portal. GallantFew is here to support you as long as you’d like.
Do I have to share my medical history or diagnoses with my coach?
No, you do not need to share any medical history, medications, or labels with your coach. The coach is present to walk you through the program and support you thoroughly as you’d like.
