GallantFew Programs
GallantFew’s programs are designed to serve the unique needs of the individuals within our community.
GallantFew Rangers
The GallantFew Rangers’ mission is to facilitate a successful transition for Army Ranger veterans from active military service to a civilian life filled with hope and purpose. RLTW!
VetXpo
VetXpo is a gathering of like-minded individuals, professionals, and businesses with the objective of growth of oneself and others. Taking place across the nation, topics of each VetXpo vary, though focus is always on enhancing one’s life and learning from each other. How will you help others live their best lives?
VetRec
GallantFew hosts a variety of outdoor recreation activities. Weekly, we host free indoor rock climbing nights in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX, Fayetteville, NC, and Richmond VA with more locations coming soon. Outdoor recreation is more than just fitness, it’s about the camaraderie and community that’s formed during these gatherings. Not into fitness before? No worries! There are activities for all fitness levels – novice to expert. The goal is to get out with other veterans, have fun, and get some exercise.
Functional Emotional Fitness Coaching
Burris Functional Emotional Fitness (FEF) coaching is a component of the GallantFew STAR (Self Training And Response-ability) program. Throughout the process, you and your coach will focus on achieving your objectives in the five main areas of Functional Fitness: emotional, spiritual, physical, professional and social. There is no charge for a veteran to go through this coaching.
STAR Program 1:1 Mentorship
The GallantFew STAR (Self Training And Response-ability) Program is the method by which GallantFew provides one-on-one mentorship to veterans. The Program encompasses mentorship in the main fitness areas of transition from military service to civilian life: emotional, spiritual, physical, professional and social.
“Without GallantFew I would have struggled to find where I fit in after leaving the military. GallantFew helped me find like minded people that share the same values and interests I do, and encouraged me to think outside of my normal thought process when I think of connecting with people. Thank you for restoring hope in me and helping me identify my purpose on this earth.”
