About Me
How long have you been with GallantFew?
I’ve worked with GallantFew for one year.
Where were you born and raised?
I was born in Rochester, NY and raised in the “North Country” of Upstate NY in a tiny town.
What is your connection to the military?
I’m an active duty military spouse! I grew up near Fort Drum and my best friend was a military brat so the military has always been a huge part of my life.
What fuels you?
I have always been called to help others and make a difference. My goals have pulled me towards advocacy related work, particularly with nonprofit organizations. I focus on loving the organization I work for and with, and ensuring their mission is something I align with and help further. My mom raised me with the “cliche” attitude to do what I love and love what I do.
What is your area of expertise?
I come from an arts background which is always fun/surprising to people and I have a “Heinz 57” variety of experiences. I received a degree in dance and arts management, focusing on arts administration and nonprofit management. I began writing grants and working with nonprofit arts organizations in college.
What do you do to relax?
Right now I have a newborn so sleep when I can! My husband and I like to watch movies & tv series’, and he is an amazing cook so enjoying good food and relaxing in front of a show is our favorite weekend pastime.
With whom and where do you live?
I live with my husband, daughter, dog Moxley and 2 cats. We currently live near Fort Benning but are headed back home to the10th Mountain Division at Fort Drum soon!
Who is your role model?
My role model is definitely my mother. She was extremely talented, selfless, smart…I could go on and on. She definitely made me the person I am today.
