About Me
Henry Dietz, who goes by Hank, graduated from the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY, in
1966 with a Civil Engineering degree. Hank served as an Infantry platoon leader and company
commander in Germany in the Berlin Brigade, then moved on to serve on a 4-man team as an airborne, Ranger MACV senior advisor to a special action infantry Vietnamese Ranger Battalion in the Vietnamese Army’s 5th Ranger Group. Hank then served as a cadre team leader at the Army Mountain Ranger Camp in Dahlonega, Georgia.
In 1973 Hank co‐founded industrial real estate brokerage and development companies that developed
and managed industrial parks and constructed and leased industrial and high‐tech buildings in
Michigan. Subsequently, Hank helped stand up, then served as President, and now as a consultant, to a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business that supplies medical products to VA and DoD medical facilities. Hank is also working to assist Service-Disabled Veterans to establish and grow their own new businesses.
Hank and his wife, Suzann, Michigan residents for most of their lives, followed their grandchildren to
California, and now to Texas. They are now proud Texans.
