Our Story
GallantFew was born out of necessity. No government program exists to provide one-on-one transition and reintegration support and counseling to America’s military. Conceived by Karl Monger, a Dallas-based Ranger veteran, GallantFew fosters hope and purpose. Experiencing a difficult transition to civilian life and witnessing others face the same challenges, Karl saw a need to make a change in the way our military members rejoin civilian society.
What began as a small group of Army Ranger veterans connecting and supporting fellow Rangers over a cup of coffee grew into the bustling organization GallantFew is today, more than a decade later. We maintain our Ranger roots of Leading The Way in all that we do. We serve all branches, eras, and veterans.
The mission remains: help our military community establish a life of hope and purpose as they enter the next chapter of their lives. Our resources have expanded, our team has multiplied, and our impact has grown exponentially, but we will never forget our Ranger roots.
