Functional Emotional Fitness Coaching
To fix an issue, you need to first understand what led you to the problem. You need to discover the root cause that led you to that problem. Once this is understood, you can begin the process of interrupting, restructuring, and reprogramming the processes that are driving your problems.
Burris Functional Emotional Fitness (FEF) Coaching works to help you identify:
- How your individual thought processes work
- Which processes are or are not working
- How you can change your processes to best benefit your objectives
GallantFew is proud to offer FEF coaching to members of the military community at no cost. When you sign up for a coaching session, you and your coach will:
- Define what “normal” is for you
- Discover the forces driving your behavior
- Learn how to interrupt, restructure, and reprogram any emotion and behavior that does not benefit you
- Frequently check in to measure your progress towards your objective
What is FEF coaching like?
FEF coaching is a 4-hour process divided into two, 2-hour sessions. You can follow up with your coach at any time. Once you have completed the initial coaching process, we are here to serve you as long as you’d like.
How many sessions will I need to do?
This depends on your objectives and how much support you’d like. After your initial two 2-hour sessions, you will have the tools to take action on your own at Burris Connect. GallantFew is here to support you as long as you’d like.
Do I have to share my medical history or diagnoses with my coach?
No, you do not need to share any medical history, medications, or labels with your coach. The coach is present to walk you through the program and support you thoroughly as you’d like.
